Electrolysis Technology
Electrolyzed water is a material generated by applying a direct current voltage in water or diluted saline and a material with various functions is generated depending on the material used during electrolysis. This process is called electrolysis and non-spontaneous chemical reactions are induced, resulting in a change in the oxidation-reduction potential of the solution.
The electrolyzed water generated may vary in performance and retention depending on the structure and quality of the electrolytic cells, the presence and chemical properties of additives, the software setting, and the quality of the liquid used for electrolysis.
SEEMS BIONICS Inc. was founded in 2006 and has been researching, developing, and manufacturing using electrolysis technology for more than 17 years.
We have more than five patents related to electrolytic cells and we were able to achieve the retention and high concentration of electrolyzed water performance, which is the core of electrolysis technology. Through constant research and development, we provide our products with various electrolysis technologies that meet customer needs.
One of the key technologies of electrolysis water generation technology is the electrolytic cell and performance may vary depending on its number of membranes. The SEEMS BIONICS' product presents a septum system suitable for the place and situation.
In the Membrane-Free System, electrolysis takes place in a non-membrane cell. Unlike the membrane cell system, the membrane-free system produces only one kind of water: slightly acidic water. The pH of the resulting solution depends on several variables such as the pH of the additive, the pH of the fluid, and the setting of the ampere in the electrolysis cell.
Membrane-Free System |
Membrane Cell System is an electrolytic water generation technology using a membrane electrolyzer consisting of a cathode and an anode separated by diaphragms (or membranes). The electrolyzer is divided into two or three chambers with acidic water being produced at the anode (+) and alkaline water at the cathode (-).
